My name is Fumika Takazawa
I grew up in Cupertino with Chinese and Japanese roots, so I always understood the importance of community and education. When my dad moved back to Japan for work, my mom and I chose to stay in the Bay Area so I could finish school here - a decision that shaped my values and deep appreciation for great school districts and supportive neighborhoods.
Before real estate, I earned my degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and spent the past decade working in tech - supporting global teams at ASML and Meta Reality Labs. That experience taught me how to manage complexity, communicate clearly, negotiate wins as both vendor and customer, and lead with both data and heart.
Today, I am reunited with my family and I call this place home, and I want to help you do the same. From San Jose, Cupertino, to San Mateo - I'll navigate the buying and selling process with strategy, transparency, and calm guidance. My goal? To help you feel confident and supported through every step of the process - because real estate should be smart, but also deeply personal.
